In accordance with the terms of this agreement it is advisable to disclose to your client, vendor, tenant, investor or any associated person(s) involved with the property that is being photographed are bound by the media use agreement(section 2) and that all Media captured or produced remain the property of Absolute Images and that they are paying for the service(s) provided and the use of the media for the period the property is being sold but not the media itself.
